Information you choose to provide
The mobile app lets you enter trip-planning details such as your name, country, destination, travel date, number of travellers, trip duration, preferred vehicle, requested services and an optional message.
The app does not create an account or store this information on our own app servers. When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Once sent, we receive and use the message to answer your enquiry, plan your trip and provide a quote.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or background location tracking in the mobile app. We do not sell personal information.
Our website hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Third-party services
The app can open WhatsApp, your phone dialler, email client, maps, sharing tools and external web pages at your request. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may process information independently of us. App typography may also be delivered or cached through Google Fonts.
How we use and retain information
We use information you send to respond to enquiries, arrange requested travel services, communicate changes and provide customer support. Messages and related booking records are retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Sharing and security
We may share relevant booking details with drivers, guides or service providers only when needed to arrange the service you requested. We do not rent or sell your personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may use the app without submitting a trip enquiry. You may also contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held in our business records, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
